On June 15, 2014 Toya Ohlrich, an agent with Prudential Don
Johnson Realtors in New Braunfels, TX listed my house for sale. This listing
was not for just any house but was in the upper range. The house was listed at
$1,690,000.00, a real unusual price in Comal county. I fully expected that the
sale would take a year or so I entered into this contract with no immediate
expectations of a quick sale.
Prior to listing, Toya was able to bring an offer to the
table, a full price offer with a contingency and subsequently, within three
weeks after the listing date another offer without the contingencies of the
first. Toya knows exactly how and where to target buyers. Forward to August 22,
2014, all due diligence completed and the house closes for cash at a price
98.8% of the listing price. Incredible!
Throughout the entire process, Toya was diligent in the
marketing, photography par excellence and personal attention to all the
inquiries and details. Toya was exceptionally easy to reach at anytime. She is
a consummate professional in a world where there are too few.
On another note, I recommended a friend to Toya. She added
value in the pricing and sold the house in a week at full price plus! Another
very happy client!
